Kyle M.W. England joined Haines Family Law in 2022, ready to help clients facing difficult legal situations involving family law throughout Tennessee. Kyle’s firsthand experience with complicated family situations inspired him to pursue a career in family law to make a difference in people’s lives.
As a member of Haines Family Law, Kyle is dedicated to communicating directly with his clients to help alleviate stress. He provides them with direct answers so they can get information about any ongoing issues.
Kyle’s Legal Career
Kyle started his legal career at Haines Family Law in 2022. He was inspired to pursue a career in the legal field after a family member’s experience showed him the positive impact his work could have on others. His belief was cemented when his parents successfully adopted Kyle’s sister, bringing a new light to their family.
Kyle’s work as an associate attorney means he gets the opportunity to help other families find their legal solutions. He helps with day-to-day activities around the office. Kyle draft pleadings, represents clients in court, leads client meetings, sets up mediations, and anything else the firm needs.

Kyle is admitted to practice in Tennessee’s state and federal trial courts, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Kyle is an avid reader. He and his girlfriend have embraced the East Tennessee community, visiting Market Square and farmers’ markets. They also enjoy the outdoors.
